Yes. Your first floor, up to 1,500 sq. ft. for residential or standard commercial layouts, is converted into an interactive 3D walkthrough at no cost, so you can judge the quality before committing. Because each demo takes real work, we build a limited number each week and confirm your slot on WhatsApp.
You review the walkthrough on your phone and share it with your team. If you like it, we quote for more unit types, floors or the full project. If not, there is no obligation and we delete your file on request.
No. Every walkthrough is a link that opens in a mobile or desktop browser. There are no installs, logins or plug-ins.
The free first-floor demo is typically delivered within 3 to 5 business days of receiving a usable plan. Larger projects are scoped and scheduled with you upfront.
Yes. Your files are used only to build your walkthrough and are never shared with, or sold to, any third party. We can sign an NDA before you send files.
We model to the dimensions in your plan and confirm the layout with you before final delivery. Furniture and finishes are indicative unless you specify them.
Yes. Plan and finish changes are quoted separately and are usually quick because we update the existing model instead of starting over.
